Great bed, clean sheets, friendly staff, good selection for breakfast, clean bathrooms.

It was all superb.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows provided a good night's sleep. The sheets were clean and neatly done, giving a fresh feel to the room. The selection at breakfast was impressive, with a variety of options including yogurt, fruit, cake, croissants. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist in finding places around the area.

I also appreciated the attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, fresh towels provided daily, and the provision of hand soap and shower gel. Truly a wonderful experience!

The room was much smaller than expected and felt cramped. The overall cleanliness was lacking, with hair found in the bathroom and unspecified stains on the bedding. I would not recommend this hotel for future stays.

Best aspects: the location was convenient for my business trip. the Wi-Fi connection was reliable and the air conditioning worked well.

The TV only had Italian channels and there was no in-room safe. the bathroom amenities were limited to basic soap and the room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke upon arrival.

Though the hotel wasn't very near public transport, the location felt safe with a mixture of guests from families to lone travelers, and there was ample on-site parking available.
